As a Maritime Veteran with over 30 years of experience in the Industry and holder of an Any Gross Tonnage License from the United States Coast Guard.
His achievements include being the 3rdAfrican American River Pilot Commissioned in the State of Louisiana and 7th in the Nation, an appointment by the Governor of Louisiana to review and oversee the regulatory compliance of River Pilots along the Mississippi River.
Mr. Jackson is one of the local investors bringing the WTC (World Trade Center) Building back to commerce with the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residence.
Mr. Jackson is the founder/owner of Jackson Offshore which is a premier Offshore Marine Transportation company that provides marine services via vessels to Major Oil/Gas companies that Drill and Explore in the Deep-water Gulf of Mexico. Finally, and his most proudest highlight is Mr. Jackson is happily married to Margaret Jackson for 25 (twenty-Five) years, and they have 1 (one) daughter Marlee.
